The Clarksville Police Department has identified the woman found deceased on Tiny Town Road Saturday as a Fort Campbell soldier.
According to a news release, 23-year-old Katia Duenas Aguilar of Texas was found deceased inside of a residence in the 900 block of Tiny Town and her death has been ruled as a homicide. Private First Class Duenas-Aguilar was a member of the 101st Airborne Division Combat Aviation Brigade. Her awards and commendations include two Army Achievement Medals, the Army Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Army Service Ribbon.
