A Hopkinsville man has been served with a warrant from the Hopkinsville Police Department on multiple sex crimes.
According to the warrant signed by Judge Lindsey Adams on May 19, 51-year-old Timothy Skinner of Hopkinsville is facing new charges of first-degree rape against a victim under the age of 12 and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
He is lodged in the Christian County Jail $100,000.
