The Madisonville Police Department has charged two individuals in connection to a child abuse investigation.
According to a news release, 24-year-old Madison Gray and 31-year-old Joseph Tiberi, both of Madisonville, are charged with second-degree criminal abuse against a victim under the age of 12.
The investigation in to the alleged abuse of a child under the age of 12 began in October and concluded on May 14 with the Hopkins County Grand Jury returned indictments against both individuals in connection with the investigation.
The Madisonville Police Department was assisted by the Department of Health and Human Services.
