Dakota Heck was arraigned in Christian Circuit Court on Wednesday for complicity to murder in connection to the death of an infant in March 2022.
According to her indictment, Dakota Heck was arrested for “wantonly engaging in conduct which created a grave risk of death to another, thereby causing the death of the victim” on March 1 of 2022, or by acting as an accomplice. Dakota Heck is a codefendant with Alexander Heck who was arrested in February 2023 for murder and tampering with evidence in connection to the infant’s death
Dakota Heck will reappear in court on May 22 for a pretrial conference.
