Hopkinsville police have charged a Hopkinsville man with sexual abuse.
According to the Hopkinsville police report, 27-year-old Jamal Lipford is accused of subjecting a 13-year-old victim to unwanted sexual contact by fondling her in private areas on her body. Lipford was reportedly left alone with the victim on March 21.
Lipford is a convicted felon, and reportedly has a history of sexual based offenses.
He was arrested Friday and charged with first-degree sexual abuse.
