Deputies from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle wreck on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road that resulted in possible injuries on Wednesday.
According to a report, John Caruso of Oak Grove was driving southbound on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road when his vehicle reportedly crossed the center line and went on to the northbound shoulder of the road where it struck a utility pole.
When law enforcement made contact with Caruso, he reportedly told them he believes he fell asleep while driving which resulted in the accident. Caruso was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for possible injuries.
