A Madisonville man is facing several charges following investigation into a possible kidnapping and sexual assault on Tuesday.
According to the Madisonville Police Department, investigation began after the victim reported that in the early morning hours Tuesday, she and her two-year-old child were forcibly taken from their home by 34-year-old Pablo Vasquez of Madisonville.
Vasquez took the victim and the child to his residence, where he alleged raped the victim. The two-year-old was not physically injured during the incident.
Vasquez was arrested and charged with kidnapping of an adult, first-degree rape, fourth-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a minor.
