The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced that the Christian County Welcome Center along Interstate-24 in Oak Grove will temporarily close to allow for a drain line to be repaired.
The Center will close beginning on Monday, March 25 and is set to remain closed for around three weeks with delays possible. An area behind the center will have port-a-potties set up and will be designated for large truck parking only.
The Cabinet advises for motorists to use alternative rest stops during the closure.
