Officers from the Hopkinsville Police Department are investigating the reported theft of a smart phone after an incident on Friday.
The theft reportedly occurred at a location on Bill Bryan Boulevard and according to a report from police the victim said that a Samsung smart phone valued at $1,300 was stolen from them.
A suspect has yet to be arrested and police are investigating the incident as theft by unlawful taking which is a Class D Felony.
