The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced that they will be closing KY 3526 also known as Tom Lane Road in southwestern Marshall County starting on Monday for a bridge rehabilitation project.
The road will be closed at the 0.6-mile point for reconstruction of the West Fork Clarks River Bridge.
According to a new release the closure is set to last around 60 days for the Cabinet’s District One Bridge Crew to remove the existing bridge deck and beams, reconstruct the bridge abutments, place new beams and pour a new deck on the bridge.
There will be no marked detour and their target completion date for the project is April 1.
