Grand jury returns indictments for rape, assault, theft

A Christian County Grand Jury has returned multiple indictments, including for first-degree assault and first-degree rape. 

Indicted for first-degree assault is 18-year-old Alexeye A. Story of Hopkinsville, who is accused of using a deadly weapon to cause physical injury to a male victim on December 5, therefore engaging in conduct that manifested extreme indifference to the value of human life. 

Indicted for first-degree rape is 19-year-old Jayden Drake of Hopkinsville, who allegedly used force to have sexual intercourse with a victim without their consent in Christian County on September 14. He is additionally indicted for third-degree burglary from an unrelated incident that occurred in December.

Four individuals have been indicted for felony theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 in relation to thefts from ULTA in June and July—they are 20-year-old Keldasha Blaylock of Nashville, 21-year-old Myria Buchanan of Nashville, 23-year-old Brookia Martin of Gallatin and 22-year-old Lyndyia Woods of Nashville. 

Indicted for second-degree assault domestic violence is 62-year-old Willie White of Hopkinsville, who allegedly used a weapon to cause physical injury to a victim in December of 2023.
