Local woman charged with wanton endangerment

A Hopkinsville woman is now facing a wanton endangerment charge following investigation into a call of shots fired. 

According to the Hopkinsville police report, it happened in the 2900 block of Seminole Avenue around 6:45 a.m. Sunday morning when 47-year-old Misty Murray of Hopkinsville allegedly discharged a firearm inside of a residence.  It was reportedly in close proximity to two other people, creating a substantial danger of death or serious injury to those individuals. 

Murray is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.
