Two children were taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center following a two-vehicle crash Thursday night on Antioch Church Road.
According to the report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, the rear-end collision happened when a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Austin Kornewald of Crofton slid on ice in the roadway and he was unable to brake without sliding, colliding with a second vehicle driven by 35-year-old Sandra Pragit of Hopkinsville.
Two passengers in Pragit’s vehicle, a 12-year-old and an 11-year-old, were transported to Jennie Stuart for possible injuries.
Both Pragit and Kornewald declined EMS at the scene.
