Missoula Children’s Theatre hosting auditions later this month

The Pennyroyal Arts Council will be putting on a show, and they’re looking for young performers to come audition to be a part of the Missoula Children’s Threatre production this year.

According to a news release, an audition will be held for the Missoula Children’s Theatre production of “The Secret Garden” on Monday, January 22nd at Indian Hills Elementary from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Those auditioning should arrive at 3:45pm for registration and plan to stay for the full two hours. Some of the cast members will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the audition.

Approximately 60 roles are available for local students.

All students, grades Kindergarten through 12th grade, are welcome and encouraged to audition. No advance preparation is necessary. Most students rehearse approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes each day, Monday through Friday.
