The Vansauwa’s Tacos and Vegan Eats food truck was badly damaged in a fire around noon Saturday.
According to Hopkinsville Fire Department Lt. Payton Rogers, crews arrived to find smoke coming from top of the trailer, and they located fire between the walls behind the grill. The food truck was parked in front of Five Below on Fort Campbell Boulevard and the fire was extinguished.
The trailer sustained extensive damage, but everyone inside was able to escape without injury.
On social media, Vansuwa’s informed everyone they were fine, but would be closed for the time being.
