Two individuals have been charged in connection with selling vaping products to minors by the Hopkinsville Police Department.
According to the arrest report, Shilpaben Patel and Mesheal Shafik are both facing one count of third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor after they allegedly sold a nicotine vape to a 19-year-old police department employee without check for identification to confirm legal age.
Hopkinsville police say this is the second violation for Skyline Fuel, and Shafik reportedly worked at Happy Hour Smoke and Vape.
