During the controlled purchase, Stone allegedly developed approximately one ounce of methamphetamine to sell.
Once arriving at the police department, an officer got Stone of the cruiser and located a plastic container in the floorboard—upon opening it, white powder went into the air, and the officer reportedly become lightheaded and felt like he was going to pass out. He was administered a single-dose of Narcan out of caution, due the fear the powder could have been Fentanyl.
