The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating the theft of a vehicle and other items from East First Street.
According to the police report, an unknown suspect or suspects unlawfully entered a residence in the 400 block of East First Street sometime between October 4 and December 14 and took several items from inside, including a television. The perpetrators then allegedly stole the victim’s vehicle.
The vehicle is described as a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer, green in color.
The incident is being investigated as second-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking of an automobile.
