A Fort Campbell man was injured in a motorcycle crash near Gate 7 in Christian County Sunday afternoon.
That’s according to the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, which reports that 21-year-old Damian Sampaga of Fort Campbell was operating a motorcycle just outside of Gate 7, when a patch of gravel in the parking lot he was pulling out of made him lose control of the bike.
The motorcycle fell sideways and overturned, throwing Sampage from the vehicle.
He was transported to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital for treatment of an apparent injury to his left leg and other pains.
