The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating the theft of multiple items, including power tools, from a residence on East Second Street.
According to the report, an unknown suspect or suspects unlawfully entered the victim’s property and removed several power tools, collectibles, extension cords, household goods, a screen door and more, for a combined total value of nearly $3,000.
No suspects are listed on the report and the incident is being investigated as second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.
