It’s looking like it will stay mostly dry this week, before some bigger chances of rain move into the area at the start of next week.
Meteorologist Sean Poulus with the National Weather Service in Paducah says the weather looks downright love this week, with mild temperatures and very slim chances for rain on Tuesday and again Friday.
That chance of rain goes up Sunday however, heading into the start of the week—he says it’s looking likely that a cold front will move through and drop at least some amount of rain as it does.
They’ll know more of the finer details as that event gets closer—in the 8-to-14 day outlook the temperatures are trending warmer than average, while it’s looking like it will be wetter than average.
