The Todd County School District is welcoming a new Community Education Director in Amy Chester.
Superintendent Mark Thomas made the announcement Tuesday morning, and said, “We are excited to have Mrs. Chester joining our school district and working in the capacity of Community Education Director.”
Chester graduated from western Kentucky University with a degree in Print and Editorial Journalism—she was employed for 23 years as a Kentucky Probation and Parole Officer and Supervisor before she retired on August 1 of this year.
She is currently employed as a reporter for WEKT and the Kentucky New Era and is a licensed KY real estate agent with Keller Williams.
