Numerous city streets in Hopkinsville are set to have milling and paving work begin on them starting Thursday.
According to a news release from Public Works, milling and paving work will take place on portions of Boales Street, Cooperfield Avenue, Dade Lane, Florence Street, Marietta Drive, Michael Avenue, North Edgewood Drive, Patrick Avenue, Richard Street, Summitt Street, Susan Avenue, Wood Street, Woodmont Drive, South Sheridan Drive, Early Drive, Evergreen Park Drive and West Second Street.
All operations will happen weather permitting and until complete starting Thursday. Residents and business owners that use on street parking are asked to move their vehicle to accommodate equipment and workers.
