Two people have been arrested and charged with attempted second-degree robbery after they allegedly tried to steal the victim’s bicycle Sunday afternoon.
According to the report from the Hopkinsville Police Department, 23-year-old Keyivoran Pettigrew and 32-year-old Darius Clark allegedly stopped the victim, who was riding a bicycle at the Manhattan Motel, and struck him in the face while trying to take the bicycle. It caused a visible injury to the victim’s face.
The victim was able to flee on the bicycle and contact law enforcement.
Clark and Pettigrew were arrested and charged with attempted second-degree robbery.
