The Todd County Sheriff’s Office has charged three people after they alleged planned to help an inmate escape from the Todd County Jail.
According to a news release, Todd County Sheriff Patrick Turner got information about a state inmate, Charles Blandford of Louisville, who was planning to escape from the jail with the help of Quinton Dunn and Chelsea Taylor, both of Louisville.
On Saturday, both Dunn and Taylor were arrested and charged with conspiracy to second-degree escape and facilitation to second-degree escape. Blandford was charged with complicity to second-degree escape.
The investigation continues—the Todd County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Elkton Police Department.
