The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a single-vehicle rollover collision on KY 703 last week where a man was flown to a Nashville hospital.
According to a news release, the crash occurred at approximately 4:30 p.m. last Wednesday on Kentucky 703 East around six miles southeast of Eddyville. Investigation revealed that a pick-up truck driven by 30-year-old Dustin Parr of Eddyville was on KY 730 when Parr reportedly lost control while traveling through a curve.
The vehicle left the roadway and rolled several times before coming to a stop on its roof.
Parr was flown by helicopter to a Nashville hospital for treatment of injuries.
