Starting Monday, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will begin milling and paving operations on U.S. 41-A in Hopkinsville.
The work will stretch approximately a mile long down Fort Campbell Boulevard and then down Walnut Street to the intersection of East Ninth Street and will take place daily starting on Monday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
The project will affect motorists, who are urged to use appropriate caution in those areas by reducing speed and paying close attention to flaggers throughout the construction zone.
Work will begin Monday and is expected to wrap up on November 3, weather permitting.
