The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating the theft of a vehicle and other items from a Braden Street home earlier this week.
According to the police report, a suspect unlawfully took several electronics and a vehicle belonging to the victim sometime Sunday night into Monday while the victim was sleeping. The vehicle is described as a 2012 Toyota Prius, silver in color.
Altogether, the items stolen were valued at $9,450, so the incident is being investigated as felony theft.
