The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will temporarily close a portion of I-24 at the Exit 86 northbound to I-24 West on U.S. 41-A in Christian County.
The closure will begin at 12 a.m. Monday morning, according to a news release, and is expected to end that same day at approximately 3:30 p.m. The affected stretch of road is from roughly the 0-mile marker to nearly the 1-mile marker and is to allow for the replacement of 16 signs.
During the closure, the traffic control measures will include warning sings. Motorists are encouraged to adhere to these signs and use alternative routes to avoid delays.
