The Clarksville Police Department is investigating a shooting on North Riverside Drive from early Saturday morning in the parking lot of N’Quire Bar and Lounge.
According to a news release, officers responded to the business for a call of shots fired around 2 a.m. and upon arrival, discovered a male victim was a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was transported to Tennova Healthcare, where he is listed in critical condition.
Witnesses at the scene reportedly told officers that several vehicles had fled at high-rates of speed following the shooting. Anyone with any information on the incident or the vehicles are asked to contact Clarksville Crime Stoppers at 931-645-8477.
