Oak Grove shooting death case progresses in court

Co-defendants Tyron Holt and Omega Plaisme appeared in Christian Circuit Court on Wednesday for pretrial conferences for their connection to the 2022 shooting death of Gailon Toler.

Holt who is charged with complicity to murder appeared first with his defense attorney Jarrod Jackson. With Holt now being considered a co-defendant, the defense and the Commonwealth are working on establishing all of the necessary discovery including information from Plaisme’s case.

Christian Commonwealth’s Attorney, Stephanie Bolen says she will provide Jackson with discovery from Plaisme’s case.

Holt is scheduled to reappear in circuit court on October 18.

Plaisme, also charged for complicity was also scheduled to reappear in circuit court on October 18 after his defense attorney was not present for his pretrial conference.
