Robert Torian, the Hopkinsville man charged with murder in connection to the shooting death of Terrill Moore appeared in Christian Circuit Court on Wednesday for a final pretrial conference before his trial begins.
Torian’s Defense Attorney, Jason Byrd says they have a motion regarding missing evidence, but besides that they are set for trial after declining the Commonwealth’s 20-year sentence offer.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Dennis Foust who is prosecuting the case says he is also prepared for trial. Torian’s trial will start on September 25.
