Oak Grove man sentenced to 7 years in federal prison on meth distribution charge

An Oak Grove man was sentenced to seven years in prison Thursday after he was convicted of possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute in McCracken County.

According to court documents, 29-year-old Michael Crawford of Oak Grove was sentence to seven years and three months in prison on the charge, to be followed by five years of supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.

This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Paducah post of duty and the Paducah Police Department.
