Alexander Heck of Hopkinsville who was charged with murder in the death of a 16-month-old infant in February appeared in Christian County Circuit Court on Wednesday for a pretrial conference.
Heck’s attorney Michael Thompson says himself and Heck have to review discovery before the case can progress. According to Thompson, Heck has access to the physical discovery, but he has not been able to review the digital discovery.
Heck will reappear in Christian County Circuit Court on September 27.
