On Tuesday afternoon the Rotary Club of Hopkinsville welcomed Christian County and Hopkinsville High School’s football teams to their weekly meeting for an annual tradition that has been done many times in years past.
Head coaches Mark Clark for Hopkinsville and Zach Self for Christian Co. took the podium to discuss their seasons and also brought along some key players from their teams to introduce.
Coach Self addressed the rotarians first.
Coach Clark then took the stand but before he talked about his team, he thanked the Rotary club and also gave the them a helmet in honor of their help with the Bud Hudson Football League.
Coach Clark then went on to discuss the Tigers and their upcoming season.
Both teams will be open their season on the road August 18th, as Christian County will take on Franklin-Simpson and Hopkinsville will play against Greenwood.
