The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating a shooting incident that occurred on Cayce Avenue Saturday afternoon.
According to the police report, the incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Cayce Avenue, when a suspect reportedly pointed a firearm at the victim while sitting in a vehicle in front of the victim’s home.
Shots were fired and spent shell casings were collected at the scene. No one was injured and a suspect is not named in the report.
