Clarksville Police seeks witness accounts for possible distress victim

The Clarksville Police are seeking the public’s help in an incident where a woman was reported being in distress and yelling for help.

Police were called to the Starbucks parking lot at 100 South Hampton Place after witnesses reported hearing a woman yell for help from the front passenger seat of a car.

Police were on the scene at 7:50 p.m. on Thursday, witnesses reported that the woman was in a silver Nissan Quest with dark-tinted windows and a white decal sticker located on the rear liftgate window.

According to the report the woman was described as white with brownish blond hair and appeared to be a teen or in her early 20s.

The police are seeking information to see if the woman was in distress or if the incident was a prank. They are asking for anyone with additional information or footage of the incident to come forward.
