A Hopkinsville man was flown to Skyline Monday afternoon following a crash between a motorcycle and another vehicle on Kenwood Drive.
According to the Hopkinsville police report, a motorcycle driven by 25-year-old Randy Eartman of Hopkinsville was heading east on Kenwood Drive around 1 p.m. Monday at the same moment a vehicle operated by 61-year-old Robert Scercy was heading west.
Eartman was unable to give a statement, but Scercy told officers he saw Eartman swerve as though he had lost control of the motorcycle, and he was unable to move fast enough to avoid a collision, and the two collided.
Eartman was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center, and from there, flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for treatment of injuries.
