Kentucky gubernatorial candidate Daniel Cameron has announced that State Senator Robby Mills is his pick for Lt. Governor.
Making the announcement Wednesday morning, the current Attorney General says he believes Senator Mills has what it takes to help him beat Governor Andy Beshear in November, calling him an advocate for western Kentucky, as he represents Henderson, Hopkins, Union and Webster counties at the state capitol in Frankfort.
He says if elected, he and Mills will hit the ground running.
Meanwhile, Lt. Governor Jacquelyn Coleman officially filed to run for re-election as Lieutenant Governor to Andy Beshear in November’s race on the Democratic ticket.
