The Leadership Hopkinsville-Christian County Class of 2022-23 celebrated the completion of their class project Monday afternoon, with a ribbon cutting at Men2Be on Bryan Street.
The project was a long time coming, as it was delayed by storm damage to the roof earlier this year, but Anna Goode says they’re excited to finally be able to unveil the renovations to the building, which include re-done rooms for both fun and education.
She says Men2Be is an amazing organization that helps young men in the community flourish, and it was their honor to work with them on this project.
The class has raised over $12,000 for Men2Be—the next class of Leadership Hopkinsville will be announced on Thursday at 5 p.m. on Oak Grove Racing, Gaming and Hotel, where they will also give out their Leadership Alumni Awards.
