The Pennyrile Area Community Band is gearing up for their annual Patriotic in the Pennyrile event at Casey Jones Distillery on Saturday.
Director Lori Boehman appeared on WHOP recently and says people will be able to hear all their patriotic favorites starting at 7 p.m. at the distillery on Witty Lane.
Boehman says the band has really grown over the years and she thinks people will really enjoy what they hear Saturday.
She says they are always accepting more members and you can find out more about them on the Pennyrile Area Community Band Facebook page.
People are encouraged to bring their own chairs to enjoy the sounds of music and food trucks will be on scene, and Casey Jones will be open to provide drinks.
