Cumberland Hall Hospital has named Dr. Jessica Estes as the new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
Effective since June 16, Dr. Estes is responsible for inpatient hospital operations, outpatient services, and resource management—she most recently served as Chief Operating Officer.
Dr. Estes earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Kentucky, her Masters of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and her Bachelors of Science from Kentucky Wesleyan College. She says, “I am pleased to lead the Cumberland Hall team as the new CEO. I’ve been working in the hospital since December 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer. The leadership team and staff have been a fantastic team to work with, and have made significant progress in the last 6 months. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future brings.”
Cumberland Hall Hospital opened in 1987 as a psychiatric treatment facility for adolescents and has since expanded to include children, adolescents, adults and those who have served in the military and are dealing with various conditions that range from traumatic stress and bipolar disorder to anxiety, depression and addiction.
