Sunday is Faith and Family Night at the WKSF

It’s Faith and Family Night at the Western Kentucky State Fair and folks are urged to bring their church bulletins to get into the fair free of charge.

Free admission starts at 2 p.m. and goes until 5 p.m., with free rides available to those who bring a bulletin from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.  Glenda Wright is with the Western Kentucky State Fair Board of Trustees and says this all about bringing families together for a fun time, with praise and worship happening in convention center.

It’s one bulletin per person to get in free and Wright says they’ll have a short devotional that day as well.

There will youth pageants happening that day as well, along with antique tractor pulls, $20 armbands for rides and the petting zoo in the live stock pavilion. So far, attendance numbers are looking strong for the fair, as there were 4,320 attendees Friday night and 7,590 on Saturday night.
