Fairview man arrested on indictment warrant for sex abuse charges

Marcus Nolt

With his parents already in custody for facilitation charges, a Fairview man who allegedly molested his younger siblings has been arrested on a Christian County Grand Jury indictment warrant.

The indictment against 20-year old Marcus Nolt of Britmart Road, Fairview alleges that between January 1 of 2021 and December 31 of the same year, he sexually assaulted a brother and two sisters on multiple occasions.

He’s charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor under the age of 12 and two counts of incest against a minor.

He was lodged in the Christian County Jail on a $500,000 bond.

As previously reported, his parents—50-year old Alma Nolt and 49-year old Nathaniel Nolt—have been indicted and arrested for two counts of facilitation to sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 12 and three counts of facilitation to incest against a minor. They are also indicted for one count of facilitation to first-degree sexual abuse.

The indictment against the parents allege they had been aware their son had been molesting his siblings, but that they did do anything to prevent the abuse.
