An alleged incident Monday afternoon on West 13th Street in Hopkinsville led to the arrest of a man for burglary and other charges.
It happened about 4:20 p.m. at a home in the 400 block of West 13th and the arrest citation for 57-year old Timothy Dudley of Hopkinsville says he had been warned to stay away from his neighbor’s home, but that he went there anyway and take the victim’s food.
Dudley allegedly threatened to harm the arresting officers and struggled with personnel at the jail, according to the report.
He’s charged with second-degree burglary, menacing and resisting arrest.
