Fire that started with a failed boiler caused damage to Superior Graphite on Calvin Drive in Hopkinsville Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Lt. Payton Rogers says three stations responded when boiler failed in two different places about 8:30 a.m.
Smoke could be seen billowing from the building across the south side of town.
Crews were called back to the industry a few hours later when the manifold attached to a furnace failed as the apparatus was cooling down and it created a few new hot spots with more smoke.
No one was injured in the incidents.
