A traffic stop Tuesday by Madisonville police led to the arrest of a Graves County woman for fentanyl trafficking and methamphetamine possession.
An officer stopped a car with 41-year old Sally Sloan of Boaz riding as a passenger and a computer check confirmed Boaz was wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in court.
An arrest citation says a search of her person revealed baggies in her pocket that contained methamphetamine and crushed fentanyl.
A search of the vehicle also allegedly revealed needles containing liquid fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.
Sloan was arrested and charged with trafficking in fentanyl, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
