Unemployment was down slightly from March to April in Kentucky.
The April jobless rate was 3.7 percent, down a tenth of a point from the 3.8 percent recorded in March, according to the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet.
It was also down a tenth from April of 2022.
The U.S. seasonally adjusted jobless rate for April was 3.4 percent, which was down a tenth from March 2023, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
