(Boston, MA) — The St. Louis Cardinals cruised to a 9-1 win over the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park to complete a three-game sweep. Nolan Arenado went 2-for-5 with a home run, four RBI and a run scored to lead St. Louis at the plate. Paul DeJong and Andrew Knizner also homered to help the Cardinals improve to 16-and-25. Miles Mikolas earned the win after allowing one earned run through six frames. Jack Flaherty takes the mound for St. Louis against Milwaukee tonight.

(Miami, FL) — The Reds dropped their series finale to the Marlins after a 3-1 defeat in Miami. Kevin Herget got the loss after surrendering the go ahead run in the seventh inning. Tyler Stephenson drove in the lone run for Cincy, which dropped to 18-and-22. The Reds still won two-of-three in the series and are fourth in the NL Central. The Reds are in Denver tonight to start a three-game series with the Rockies.
