The Christian County Public School System is hosting a series of employee recruitment events this week as they look to fill any vacancies for the upcoming school year.
They will be from noon until 3 p.m. Tuesday, 3 until 5 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until noon Thursday at the Christian County School System and Superintendent Chris Bentzel says while they’ve filled most of their teaching vacancies in elementary schools, there are spots in middle and high schools.
The district is also looking for classified staff, including bus monitors and instructional assistants.
Bentzel anticipates pay raises to be approved at the school board’s regular May meeting—particularly for those classified employees.
More information on open positions can be found on the Christian County Public School System website.
